DIRECTIONS:
After cleansing, open the lid of the Perfection Tox Ampoule and place it at the bottom. Gently push up to apply the contents in small dots to the entire face. Use your fingertips to absorb it for 2-3 minutes or until all products is absorbed. Do not continue to massage in once all product is absorbed.
Apply less pressure around the eyes than on the face to absorb the ampoule. You will start to feel a prickly sensation, this will last up to 72 hours. Do not apply on neck, decollete or other areas of the body. Follow with the Miracletox Perfection Mask and Miracletox Perfection Feel Cream. Miracletox Tox Ampoule can only be used once every 7 days.

FSC-certified paper box is made with recycled materials, and the bottle is made with Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastic. When empty, please separate the pump and bottle and recycle according to local guidelines.

1. Shipping Information
Once products leave the Ana Csere Skin Care warehouse, delivery is up to the discretion and bandwidth of the shipping carriers. UPS, USPS and DHL will deliver Ana Csere Skin Care orders during business days only, (Monday-Friday) excluding weekends and holidays.
The shipping methods include ground, second-day, and overnight shipping. Online orders placed by 12 Noon p.m. Eastern time will ship the next business day.

- Free 2 Day Shipping for orders over $500
International Shipping – We currently ship internationally to most countries via FedEx, UPS and USPS International. We do NOT ship to Spain due to customs restrictions. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. You are responsible for additional charges by the destination country including but not limited to duties and import fees. *Environ Skin Care cannot be shipped outside of the United States. Please understand that we are doing everything we can to get you your items ASAP – but there may be issues that are out of our control that prevent your order from arriving on time. Due to COVID-19, our shipping carriers have temporarily changed their shipping services and policies. Delivery times could be affected by canceled flights, governmental decisions, and staff reductions. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any shipping costs due to delayed deliveries.

2. Returns & Refund Policy
You may return any unopened/ unused products purchased on the site or purchased at Ana Csere Skin Care within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at info@anacsere.com or calling 561 927 5455. We will provide you a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling charges are your responsibility unless the return was a result of our error or the product was damaged or defective. If you receive products in a anacsere.com purchase that are damaged or defective, please refer to “Damaged or Defective Products” section below.
When you send us your return package, please include the return authorization number that we have provided you. We suggest you ship via a traceable service to ensure delivery. You may choose, upon our acceptance of your return, to have the price you paid for the product either refunded to the original purchaser’s method of payment (i.e., we will only credit the debit or credit card used to make the original purchase) or applied to the purchase of products from the site of equal or greater value. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
When your anacsere.com order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@anacsere.com or call 561-927-5455 Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
